REGISTRATION OPTIONS

• Complete the entry form and collect your Race Number from the venue you select.
• There is the option to have your Race Number couriered to you.

• ENTRIES CLOSE on the Sunday 26 January 2025.

• This is for Families, Companies or a Group of Friends
• One person will complete the Group Entry Form ("Group Captain") and have the Race Numbers couriered to them to hand out to the group members.
• Group Captain will receive an entry form link to share with the people who they want to join their group. They will complete the entry form and pay seperately.
• All Race Numbers will be courried to the Group Captain address provided
• Group Entries close on the Sunday 12 January 2025.

• This is for Families, Companies or a Group of Friends
• One person will complete the Bulk Entry Form ("Group Captain") and have the Race Numbers couriered to them to hand out to the group members.
• One payment for all the entries
• Once a runner receives the Race Numbers, the runner will follow instructions on how to complete the Entry Form online to register individual details.
• Group Entries close on the Sunday 12 January 2025.

• Check with your Running Club to find out if they have registered for Race Numbers Collection at your club.
• Convenient and cost-saving for Club Members as your club is closer and a good reason to pop into your club.
• If you would like to register your club, please contact the Milkwood Run team.

• If Entries are not sold out. Entries will be available at Number Collection venues
• No Entries on Race Day!

• Substitution will be accepted until Wednesday 05 February 2025.
• Substitution Fee - R40.00 - From to Monday 27 January 2025 to Wednesday 05 February 2025

How to do a Substitution

• Substituting your Entry must be done online
• The Runner who is withdrawing must complete the Substitution Regisration Form
• Race Number exchange includes the registration fee and any additional purchases (t-shirt, etc) that will be transferred to the new runner.
• Runners who has an Entry and not able to run. Needs to request the Substitution Entry Form online
• The Entry Fee is to be sorted out between the runner selling his/her entry to the runner who is taking it over. No refunds of the entry fee will be paid by the organisers.
• The runner taking over the entry will need the registration ID to complete the entry form.
